The shop is located inside the Hau’oli City Mall. This deliveryman is located at the Antiquities of the Ages shop in Hau’oli City.
Once you have scanned the QR code, you will be notified that your Magearna needs to be picked up from a deliveryman. The QR code only works for players who have completed the main story, but the QR code will exist indefinitely. The QR scanner is located on the second menu page which can be accessed by pressing the X button. To do this, simply open the page on a device (PC, Phone, Tablet, etc.) then navigate to the QR scanner while in Pokemon Sun and Moon.
Head on over to this page on Nintendo’s site and scan the QR code. Mythical Pokemon Magearna is not physically in the Alola region, but rather can be caught through Pokemon Sun and Moon’s QR code system.
